A blend of essential oils with expectorant action that helps to clear the upper airways of phlegm, aiding coughing.Contributes to respiratory
well-being in case of symptoms related to stuffy nose.
How to use
Balsamic ointment: mix with a neutral cream and massage onto the chest in case of bronchitis and nasal congestion. For a more intense effect, poura few drops directly onto the chest.
Balsamic solution: in case of sinusitis and headaches, apply a few drops onto the forehead or mix a few drops with cold/warm water to create a compress.
Steam inhalation: pour 10-20 drops into a small pot of water previously brought to the boil, cover the head with a towel and inhale the vapours.
Environmental diffusion: add 6-7 drops per 300 ml of water in the heater's tray.
