Properties and benefits
A blend of essential oils with calming action that helps relieve stress, alleviate anxiety and relax the mind. Helps calm the spirit and facilitate sleep.
 
How to use
Topical use: apply 1-2 drops onto the temples to
relieve nervous tension.
Massage lotion: in case of pain and muscular tension, combine a few drops with other vegetable carrier oils or body creams for massage.
Cleansing solution: add 3-4 drops to a neutral shower gel for a calming effect.
Facial cleanser: dilute a tew drops in a tacial cleanser for a relaxing effect.
Environmental diffusion: add 6-7 drops to 300 ml of water in the heater's tray.
